KZ and Partners has once again advised Mutandis in the context of the sale of CMB Plastique Maroc to Dislog Group for approximately 330 million dirhams.

CMB Plastique Maroc is one of the leaders in the manufacturing and marketing of plastic packaging and caps in Morocco. The transaction was completed after the fulfillment of certain suspensive conditions, including the approval of the competition authority.
