Amine, one of the founder of KZ & Partners, brings a wealth of experience from his time at leading international law firms in North America and Morocco.

His practice is now primarily focused on M&A, commercial, and corporate law matters. Amine advises clients on a diverse range of transactions, including corporate acquisitions and dispositions, equity investments, venture capital, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Additionally, he has represented clients in international arbitrations and before common law courts.

Amine holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from McGill University's Faculty of Law, as well as a degree in Mathematics and Finance from McGill University's Faculty of Management. He is a member of both the Quebec and Ontario Bars.

A fluent speaker of French, English, and Arabic, Amine also possesses an advanced level of proficiency in Spanish.

Avant de fonder KZ & Partners, Amine a travaillé au sein de cabinets internationaux de premier plan en Amérique du Nord et au Maroc.

Sa pratique est aujourd’hui essentiellement axée sur le M&A, le droit commercial et les questions liées au droit des sociétés. Il conseille des clients dans le cadre d’un éventail d’opérations, y compris d’acquisition et de cession de sociétés, de prises de participation, de capital risque, de co-entreprise et d’alliances stratégiques. Amine a également représenté ses clients dans des arbitrages internationaux et devant des tribunaux de droit commun.

Amine est diplômé de la Faculté de Droit de l’Université McGill en droit civil (B.C.L.) et en common law (J.D.), et de la Faculté de Management de l’Université McGill en Mathématiques et en Finance. Il est inscrit au Barreau du Québec et de l’Ontario.

Amine parle couramment français, anglais et arabe et son niveau d’espagnol est avancé.

Omar Zizi is a founding partner of KZ & Partners.

He primarily advises large national and international groups on their internal and external growth operations in France, Morocco, and French-speaking Africa, as well as high-potential startups on their fundraising.

Omar started his career in Paris with major international law firms. In 2016, he joined the Casablanca office of Allen & Overy, where he collaborated with Hicham Naciri, Yassir Ghorbal, and their teams in cross-border M&A transactions across various sectors, including industry, healthcare, banking, insurance, and new technologies. Omar Zizi is a graduate of the Universities of Paris I and Paris II, the French Bar School, has been a member of the Paris Bar and is member of the Casablanca Bar.
