Omar Zizi is a founding partner of KZ & Partners.

He primarily advises large national and international groups on their internal and external growth operations in France, Morocco, and French-speaking Africa, as well as high-potential startups on their fundraising.

Omar started his career in Paris with major international law firms. In 2016, he joined the Casablanca office of Allen & Overy, where he collaborated with Hicham Naciri, Yassir Ghorbal, and their teams in cross-border M&A transactions across various sectors, including industry, healthcare, banking, insurance, and new technologies. Omar Zizi is a graduate of the Universities of Paris I and Paris II, the French Bar School, has been a member of the Paris Bar and is member of the Casablanca Bar.

Omar débute sa carrière à Paris au sein de grands cabinets d’avocats internationaux.

En 2016, il rejoint le bureau casablancais de Allen & Overy au sein duquel il collabore avec Hicham Naciri, Yassir Ghorbal, et leurs équipes, dans le cadre d’opérations M&A transfrontalière dans divers secteurs, couvrant l’industrie, la santé, la banque, l’assurance, et les nouvelles technologies.

Aujourd’hui, Omar conseille principalement des grands groupes nationaux et internationaux dans le cadre de leurs opérations de croissance interne et externe, en France, au Maroc, et plus généralement en Afrique francophone, ainsi que des startups à fort potentiel, dans le cadre de leurs levées de fonds.

Omar est diplômé des universités Paris I et Paris II, de l’École Française du Barreau, a été membre du barreau de Paris, et est avocat au barreau de Casablanca.

Amine, one of the founder of KZ & Partners, brings a wealth of experience from his time at leading international law firms in North America and Morocco.

His practice is now primarily focused on M&A, commercial, and corporate law matters. Amine advises clients on a diverse range of transactions, including corporate acquisitions and dispositions, equity investments, venture capital, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Additionally, he has represented clients in international arbitrations and before common law courts.

Amine holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from McGill University's Faculty of Law, as well as a degree in Mathematics and Finance from McGill University's Faculty of Management. He is a member of both the Quebec and Ontario Bars.

A fluent speaker of French, English, and Arabic, Amine also possesses an advanced level of proficiency in Spanish.
